This Privacy Policy describes how Monettech, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Dodge Air mobile game and related website at www.dodgeair.com (together, the “Service”).
Dodge Air is designed as a privacy-light game. We do not operate our own servers, user accounts, analytics platform, or advertising network. We do not fetch remote news or configuration from our website. Most gameplay data stays on your device. Where data leaves your device, it is processed through Apple’s services (for example, iCloud sync and in-app purchases) under your Apple ID.
1. Who Is Responsible for Your Data
Monettech, LLC is the data controller for information processed through the Dodge Air app — that is, we decide what game data is stored on your device and, if you use it, what is synced to your iCloud account. We do not operate backend servers that receive or store your personal data.
Apple Inc. provides iCloud, the App Store, StoreKit, and iOS itself. Apple processes payment data and hosts iCloud files under Apple’s Privacy Policy. Apple is an independent controller for its platform services and a service provider when hosting data on our behalf.

For privacy-related requests (access, correction, or deletion), contact us using the channels above. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable law. Because we do not hold a central copy of your game data, many requests can be fulfilled on your device (see Privacy Choices).
2. Information We Process
Depending on how you use Dodge Air, the following information may be processed:

What we do not collect
- We do not require your name, email address, or phone number to play.
- We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.
- We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.
Game Center (not currently active)
Dodge Air includes code paths for Apple Game Center, but Game Center sign-in is not enabled in the current release. If we enable Game Center in a future update, Apple may process a Game Center player identifier and related gameplay data. We will update this policy and our App Store privacy disclosures before that feature goes live.
3. Legal Bases (EEA, UK, and Similar Laws)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the following bases:
- Performance of a contract / app functionality: Storing progress, applying settings, delivering purchases, and running core game features.
- Legitimate interests: Checking for App Store updates and maintaining a reliable game experience, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: Local notifications (iOS permission prompt). iCloud Sync is enabled by default for convenience; you can disable it anytime in the in-game Settings.
4. Third-Party Services
Dodge Air uses the following third-party services that may process data according to their own policies:
- Apple iCloud Drive — backup and sync of game progress when iCloud Sync is enabled (on by default; disable in Settings). Apple Privacy Policy

- Apple iTunes lookup — used once per day at most to check whether a newer App Store version exists (no account data sent from our code). Apple Privacy Policy
When you follow links from the app or this website (for example, to x.com), those sites are governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
- On-device data is kept until you delete the app, reset progress in Settings, or clear app data through iOS.
- iCloud data is kept until you delete it using “Delete iCloud Data” in Settings, disable iCloud Sync, or remove the backup through your Apple ID / iCloud settings.
- Purchase records are retained by Apple according to Apple’s policies; we retain only unlock state on your device.
6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access information we process about you
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for example, in the EU or UK)
Because we do not operate a central user database, many requests can be fulfilled directly on your device (delete app data, disable iCloud Sync, delete iCloud backup). Contact us if you need help.
7. California Privacy Notice
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law. If you are a California resident and believe we process your personal information, you may contact us to request access or deletion as described above.
8. Children
Dodge Air is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. International Users
Dodge Air is distributed worldwide through the Apple App Store. If you use the game from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and in countries where Apple operates data centers. We take steps to describe our practices clearly and to rely on appropriate legal bases for international transfers as required by applicable law.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited data we process. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You can reduce risk by keeping your device and Apple ID secure and using device passcodes or biometrics.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when we add features or when laws change. We will post the updated policy at this URL and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be described in App Store release notes or in-game What’s New content.
12. App Store Privacy Label
Apple’s App Privacy “nutrition label” on the App Store product page summarizes data practices declared in App Store Connect. That label should be read together with this policy. If you notice a discrepancy, please contact us so we can correct our disclosures.
